Paris has spent over 40 years in contracting with a number of major companies. He was Chairman and Chief Executive of Jarvis plc during which time he built the company into the largest contractor in the UK before leaving in 2003. He has raised over £12 billion in project finance. Paris is also Chairman of Tetronics International, the global leader in direct current plasma arc systems. He is Chairman of Platinum Recoveries Limited, the UK’s largest exclusive auto catalyst recycler.

Rolf has worked in the plasma industry since 2006. Prior to his appointment as CEO of APP he was Chief Operating Officer for the company.
Rolf has worked in the plasma industry since 2006. Prior to his appointment as CEO of APP he was Chief Operating Officer for the company. He joined APP and Tetronics International as Commercial Director with a particular focus on securing and commercialising the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Before working in this industry, Rolf had extensive international experience holding senior positions in large multi-national technology companies including Hewlett Packard and Apple. Rolf has a law degree from the University of Warwick and is qualified to practice law in both the UK and Germany.

Rob Johnson joined Advanced Plasma Power in October 2010 as Commercial Director.
Rob Johnson joined Advanced Plasma Power in October 2010 as Commercial Director. Rob is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience of contracting, project finance, joint venture structuring and business management across multiple sectors. He has held positions as Chief Executive of both groups and individual companies and was group commercial director for a FTSE 250 support services business with turnover in excess of £1bn. Rob has worked in organisations covering rail, road, utilities, construction, property development, facility management and IT outsourcing. Project finance either through PFI, PPP or commercial development have featured significantly over the past 15 years. Rob was a sponsor director for the £16bn Tubelines PPP of the London Underground. Rob also has experience in corporate activities such as procurement, IT implementation, insurance, bonding, legal services, risk management and auditing which all form part of his skills and experience. Rob’s previous role was Managing Director of Enterprisemouchel JV, a £170m per annum highways maintenance contractor that specialises in providing integrated highways network management services to the public sector across the UK.
